For this mixed-media piece, I used ink, acrylic, stamps, and paper cutouts. It was created on canvas board. My inspiration for this project focused on sound, which I tried to represent through the movement of the lines in the artwork. The sound created by the beating of the butterfly's wings served as a focal point for creating the atmosphere in the painting.
